WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Express shipping: We offer International shipping services through DHL Express Worldwide. Shipping costs start from €30, and costs are calculated based on the geographical location of the delivery address and the total weight of a parcel. International orders roughly require 3-5 business days to arrive once your parcel has left our fulfillment center.
Standard Shipping (international): Standard shipping costs start from €5.10, and are calculated based on the geographical location of the delivery address and the total weight of the order. International orders roughly require 14-20 business days to arrive once your parcel has left our fulfillment center.
The customer/receiver bares responsibility for all TAX and CUSTOMS CHARGES for their order. Label NUE does not handle or charge customs and duties fees upfront.

Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Exchange Policy for orders from Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia: We do not offer returns for any purchase made online after you received the order. Only regular-priced items are accepted for exchange. We can only Exchange Products for the same price or higher-priced items. Exchanges are accepted only if you’ve requested the exchange within 48 hours after you’ve received the order. The shipping fee for the exchange must be paid by the customer.

Dear Clients, International Orders can be tracked through the Tracking Number that you receive after the order is processed. The moment that your order is shipped, we are not responsible if the package is held for further examinations by Customs in the country of arrival. In this case, you have to contact the respective office for pick-up conditions and procedures.
