International orders roughly require 3-5 business days to arrive once your parcel has left our fulfillment center.
Standard Shipping (international): Standard shipping costs start from €5.10, and are calculated based on the geographical location of the delivery address and the total weight of the order. International orders roughly require 14-20 business days to arrive once your parcel has left our fulfillment center.
The customer/receiver bares responsibility for all TAX and CUSTOMS CHARGES for their order. Label NUE does not handle or charge customs and duties fees upfront.

Exchange Policy for orders from Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia: We do not offer returns for any purchase made online after you received the order. Only regular-priced items are accepted for exchange. We can only Exchange Products for the same price or higher-priced items. Exchanges are accepted only if you’ve requested the exchange within 48 hours after you’ve received the order. The shipping fee for the exchange must be paid by the customer.
