Shipping policy

Dear Clients, International Orders can be tracked through the Tracking Number that you receive after the order is processed. The moment that your order is shipped, we are not responsible if the package is held for further examinations by Customs in the country of arrival. In this case, you have to contact the respective office for pick-up conditions and procedures. 

The customer/receiver bares responsibility for all TAX and CUSTOMS CHARGES for their order. Label NUE does not handle or charge customs and duties fees upfront.
